Ribbon Mixer Machine

Ribbon mixer machine consists of a U-shaped parallel in which a heavy-duty shaft with two ribbons in opposite shapes at different side circle diameters is mounted with the help of the shaft.
the ribbon helix is so shaped that when the inside mixing shaft rotates, the inner shaft pushes the material to one side while at the same time, the outer shaft pushes the material into the centre part of the machine.
So this type of mixing inside and outer shaft provides very speedy movement and standardised mixing is accomplished.

Our unique design, both inner and outer ribbons has variable cross-section areas. I.e. narrow at the start of the ribbon with the inner blade and wider at the end of the centre part of both outer blades.

- With the heavy outside blade the bending and breaking are abolished.
